Adult Classes

8-week stress management series developed at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Mass. General Hospital.

Participants will learn:

  • an array of meditation/mindfulness techniques (find what works for you)

  • tips to enhance sleep, social connection, nutrition & exercise

  • more adaptive, flexible and positive thinking practices

  • freedom to experience more creativity and humor

Enrollment includes:

  • An introduction to PART (Positivity and Relaxation Training), based on evidence-based research by Herbert Benson, MD (Harvard Medical School)

  • Educational Manual/Workbook prepared by the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine

  • Weekly emails to prepare for class and to review after, with action items for the week

  • Mutual support from a community of participants who stay together for the length of the course

Cost: $350 per person
