Adult Classes

Learn how to calm the nervous system, become more resilient and achieve a deeper sense of connection & happiness using science-backed techniques and tools in a collaborative group setting.

Employee Workshops

Elevate your Employee Wellness offering with a Stress Management Best Practices workshop that brings an informative, restorative break to a traditional workday. Perfect for staff/management meetings or retreats.
Resilient Youth
6-week series for Ages 6 to 18 • 45mins./wk
Small-group workshops for youth in Elementary (Grades 1-4), Middle (Grades 5-8), and High School (Grades 9-12). Developed at the Child Resiliency Program at Mass. General Hospital, this stress management training has been shown to increase self-esteem, improve memory & work habits, and support stronger coping skills & lifestyle behaviors.

About WilkinsWellness
Founded in 2020, WilkinsWellness teaches both adults and youth evidence-based stress management tools & techniques developed at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Mass. General Hospital (BHI), designed to reduce the emotional and physical impact of stress.
A BHI-certified Positivity & Relaxation Training (PART) Instructor, Carolyn offers adult group classes and online wellness workshops to businesses and organizations. She also teaches BHI’s Resilient Youth Program to youth/teens [ages 6 to 18] to help establish good habits and alleviate stress & anxiety.
During her own season of raising teenagers, supporting aging parents and beyond, Carolyn discovered a vital wellness practice through a combination of exercise, meditation & mindfulness. Wanting to share best-in-class options with others, She became certified in BHI’s stress management programs so that others could experience the accessible, science-backed approach to behavior change that reduces stress — loving how it empowers others to take hold of their own wellness in a nurturing, fun group environment.
