Find Calm & Clarity

Stress is a common, recurring part of the human experience, but its constancy in our lives — especially when we don’t have tools to manage its impact — compromises our health, decision-making and relationships.

The good news: there are vetted, science-backed, natural techniques that — especially when used daily — will reduce the emotional and physical impact of stress, thereby creating more ease, joy and greater health in your life.

Developed at Harvard Medical School and the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Mass General Hospital, these programs — for adults and youth — help you build a healthier relationship with the stress in your life, to reclaim a life of greater ease, health & joy!

Where Science + Wellness Unite

Developed using evidence-based research by wellness pioneer Dr. Herbert Benson, MD (Harvard Medical School) and others at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital, these wellness education programs [for adults & youth] show participants how to calm the sympathetic nervous system, and thereby shift away from perpetual stress, constant overwhelm & anxiety.

Programs employ a variety of mind body techniques like meditation and mindfulness, physical activity and positive psychology; it also relies on creativity, humor and adaptive thinking. Participants report the program has helped them develop skills to manage stress and cultivate a more positive outlook.

This program’s tools and practices have helped me address some stubborn habits: negative thinking, overdoing to the point of fatigue, and getting ‘stuck’ in repetitive worries and negative thoughts.” - Kathleen
